Sample forms at My RHP updated

The RHP sample forms at My RHP have been updated again, in accordance with the current RHP product certification scheme. Download the latest versions at my.rhp.nl. 

For peat, the modules 560 (Horticulture) and 570 (Consumer) have been seperated. Previously, on the sample form of module 560 it was also possible to send in samples with the application field Consumer. This is no longer the case; both modules have their own sample form.

Make sure you stay up to date and use the sample forms from My RHP. Please complete these completely before sending in your samples. This ensures that RHP can process your samples immediately and correctly.
If you use your own forms, please regularly check the current sample forms at My RHP to see which data RHP needs to process your samples correctly.
