Interpretation of new standards
To ensure that everyone interprets the new standards the same, the morning was used to review the product certification schemes of the RHP and RAG quality marks. Questions from the auditors about the quality marks and certification were answered. Among other things, attention was paid to the newly certified raw materials acrotelm and composted bark, sampling plan and sampling, the Minerva database, transport standards, implementation of the requirements and sanction policy of product analyses.
