What are tree substrates?

Tree substrates are tree granules, trees sand and tree soil. Tree granules are applied under paved roads. It is a substrate composed of a component organic matter, like raised bog peat, fen peat or compost and a rock substance. Tree granules have to be set up in layers of maximum 30 cm that are compacted to maximum 1.5 to 2.0 MPa.

Tree sand is a substrate that is also applied under paved roads. It is a substrate composed of a component organic matter, like raised bog peat, fen peat or compost and sand. Tree sand has to be set up in layers of maximum 30 cm, that are compacted to maximum 1.5 to 2.0 MPa.

Where trees and plants are planted for an indefinite period, the application of tree soil is necessary. Tree soil is a substrate that is composed of organic matter, like raised bog peat, fen peat or compost and sand.
